VIM: Number Keys do not enter their corresponding characters

Every once in a while, you'll hit some key combo when using VIM that will cause your number keys to enter escaped characters, instead of numbers. For Mac, here's the fix:

For iTerm2:

1. Go to the Preferences > Profiles
2. Find the option for VT100, and turn it off.
