Cilantro Lime Chicken Marinade
Lovely, make-ahead marinade, great in the summer!
Ingredients
| Amount | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 3 T | olive oil |
| 3-4 T | minced garlic |
| 1/4 C | chopped cilantro |
| 1 | lime |
| 1 T | red chili flakes |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
For roughly 1 1/2 lbs of chicken
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken in gallon bag.
- Marinade at least 3 hours.
